Pro: the whole-home sizing report
Every room on one printable sheet: cooling BTU, tons and kW per room and in total, the heating load, the boiler kW range and the sources. Excel export.

What Pro adds
Every room on one sheet
Add the rooms of the home with their size, ceiling, sun, people and whether it is a kitchen; each gets its cooling BTU/h, tons and kW from the same chart as the free tool.
Totals and equipment classes
The cooling total in BTU/h, tons and kW with a central system class, the heating load from the climate zone tool and the boiler kW range from the UK tool, on the same page.
Print, PDF or Excel
The sheet prints from your browser or saves as PDF; the Excel file has a Rooms sheet, a Totals sheet and a Sources sheet with every chart and its date.
Sources on the sheet
Each figure names the chart or rule it comes from and the date it was read, so an installer can see what the estimate is built on before the Manual J.

Frequently asked questions
- Where do the numbers come from?
- From you and from published charts. Each calculator starts with a published figure (the ENERGY STAR chart, the UK boiler tables, the BTU-per-square-foot rule by climate zone), shown with its source and date, and you overwrite it with your own rooms and home. The report recomputes what you saved in this browser with the same maths as the free pages; nothing is fetched live.
- Is this an installer's calculation?
- No. The figures are published charts and rules of thumb, labelled as such, for a first estimate and a check on a quote. A Manual J load calculation (US) or a room-by-room heat loss calculation (UK) by an installer is the final word before equipment is bought; the report names its sources so the installer can see what it is built on.
- What if I have not used the calculators yet?
- Use at least one first. The AC BTU calculator saves the room you typed, the heat pump calculator the home and zone, the boiler calculator the house; the report reads them from this browser and lets you add more rooms. Until one has been used, this page shows links to them instead.
- Is Pro a subscription?
- It depends on the plan you pick above. A monthly plan renews until you cancel it from the Manage subscription link shown once Pro is open; a one-time purchase is paid once and stays open for good.
- Do I need an account?
- No. You pay on Stripe's page and come back here; Pro opens in this browser and stays open. For another browser or device, ask for your access link by email on this page.
- What about VAT or sales tax?
- Stripe is the merchant of record. Any tax that applies where you are is shown at checkout, and the receipt or invoice comes from Stripe by email.
- Can I get a refund?
- Pro opens the moment you pay. If it does not do what this page says, write within 14 days and you get a full refund. Details on the refund policy page.
- What do you store about me?
- Nothing on our servers. The checkout reference and the answer from the verification service are kept in this browser's local storage; the email you type at checkout goes to Stripe for the receipt and lets you reopen Pro elsewhere.
